my most favorite thing was the location - super close to niagara falls park! perfect for enjoying the falls! Room was comfy but missed a microwave. Staff was amazing, helping us with the "arrivecan" app. Just one tiny quirk: breakfast was minimal.

The location of the hotel was spot on, with the falls in sight and a short stroll to the lookout, plus easy access to nearby restaurants and the casino within walking distance. The friendly and helpful staff, comfortable beds, and clean rooms made for a pleasant stay. Despite a small hitch we had with the billing, which was promptly resolved, the overall experience was fantastic. 🌟
